How to Enjoy Heaven

<img src="http://keithellis.podOmatic.com/mymedia/thumb/12855/0x0_631299.jpg" alt="itunes pic" /><br />It would seem impossible to not enjoy being in the presence of God and His throne set in heaven. But in retrospect of one's life, if one does not enjoy obedience and worship to God in fellowship with the saints here on Earth, there may be little to look forward to with an eternity in heaven. There is no human description to describe the scope of the joys of heaven, but the promise of that reward should be a joy to live for in obedience now.

<itunes:summary>It would seem impossible to not enjoy being in the presence of God and His throne set in heaven. But in retrospect of one's life, if one does not enjoy obedience and worship to God in fellowship with the saints here on Earth, there may be little to look forward to with an eternity in heaven. There is no human description to describe the scope of the joys of heaven, but the promise of that reward should be a joy to live for in obedience now.</itunes:summary>

Among these losses is a dear family member of our congregation. The oldest daughter of Dirk and Kathy Strunk at 16 years young, has been taken from our midst along with seven other high school students. Keith Ellis and Brendan Chance led services in memory of Katie on March 5. As evidenced by the host of hundreds in attendance, she will be dearly missed.
